OUR STORY

Saluda River
After eyeing – more like “coveting” — the property that would eventually become Saluda River Club, Andy White and his partners purchased land along the Saluda River in Lexington, South Carolina in 2005. Decades of experience with resort properties, master planned communities, as well as both production and custom construction, Andy had the inspiration, expertise and insight into what would make the parcel truly exceptional.

Assembling a team of land planners, architects, and designers brought to fruition a community that is so well-thought-out that every streetscape is intentional, and no sightline when you turn a corner is accidental. The team carefully determines each detail of every home from the impression upon arrival and garage orientation, to the exterior mix of materials – stone, iron, fiber cement – down to the faucets in the powder bath.

With a handful of unique neighborhoods called “Districts,” new homes at Saluda River Club are designed with a specific buyer or buyer group in mind, determined by stage of life, family structure, and desire for exceptional.

Now, at long last, Lifestone Homes is developing outside of the familiarity of Saluda River Club with new communities throughout Lexington County. As always, the amenities will respect the topography and maintain the integrity of the development, and new homes will be nothing short of exceptional.

Alleviating the pain and stress that frequently accompanies a custom build, the Lifestone experience is one simply not replicated by other builders. It is designed to give you peace of mind and assurance that you are coming home to extraordinary.
